[YouTube-API] Email that going out from youtube


I got this email and when i click on the hppt link to the said video that was approved  it took me to another site that tried to download multi viruses thank got for google chrome loves to ask if you wanted to download   i said no and didnt know where to send this info to consider there isnt no contact youtube button!!!
