[YouTube-API] Deny Access redirects to http://www.youtube.com/oops

My site is developed by Java and I am using Authsub for Authorizing.
In Oauth API document (
https://developers.google.com/youtube/2.0/developers_guide_protocol_oauth#youtubeDataAPIOAuthProcessFlow
)
" The user could also deny account access, in which case YouTube would
display a page with links back to your application and to the YouTube
website. ", I guess Authsub will be same.

But..
When I click deny access button, it redirects to http://www.youtube.com/oops.
In this page..
http://www.youtube.com/auth_sub_request?secure=0&next=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2FbrowserBased%2FloginToken&session=1&hl=en&scope=http%3A%2F%2Fgdata.youtube.com

When I click allow access button, it works well.
What's wrong?!!
