[YouTube-API] Restricted playback videos

Hi -

I've been trying to embed a playlist of music videos on my site, for
example:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/
videoseries?
list=AVGxdCwVVULXemb6Obyozf_nE6PPo8Fj4f&amp;hl=en_UK&amp;modestbranding=1"
frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="1"></iframe>

But a lot of the videos won't play - I get an error saying: "This
video contains content from UMG. Playback is restricted on certain
sites, watch on youtube.".

So I assume these videos just can't be embedded on external site - or
is there something I need to do to get permission from youtube? It's
not a problem if I can't - but what I'd really like to do is not have
them show up in the player at all. Is there a parameter I can pass so
it only returns videos that can be played?

Cheers,

Ben
