[YouTube-API] how mobile web app play video use youtube api ?

I'm a new api user ,I want to creat a mobile web app

get api:
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/mobile/standardfeeds/top_rated?alt=json&format=1

return:
media$content->0->url
rtsp://v6.cache3.c.youtube.com/CiQLENy73wIaGwkjsfwsgWXg_BMYDSANFEgGUghzdGFuZGFyZAw=/0/0/0/video.3gp

but the rtsp can't play on mobile web link

I see http://m.youtube.com/#/home ,It can get the 3gp stream url :

how can I get the 3gp stream url use api?
