[YouTube-API] Fully Working Code, now Giving me '[The_request_token_is_invalid_' when trying to upgrade from a request token to an access token using oAuth.

Not sure what's changed, but suddenly in the last week or so our PHP
app using oauth is unable to complete the oauth flow. Every time we
try to request the access token we get thrown this error:
[The_request_token_is_invalid_

I verified that nothing has changed on our end, and everything looks
right when I look at the parameters being sent and received. Did
something else change??
