[YouTube-API] YTD - Site owned / User owned videos

HI,

When I was originally looking into Youtube Direct I remember reading there were two options for videos being uploaded - uploaded videos could be site owned or user owned. I can only find info on how to create user owned video uploaed. I would like to have videos that are uploaded to be site owned.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the videos uploaded through direct be site owned?
