[YouTube-API] Reg Video Chopping

Hi,

   I need help 

Actually

1. I have 2 video file 

2. I need to collect some frame from the 2 videos depend on it may be like if i have 60 frame than i want to collect frame from the 30- 40 

3. And need to merge those two  videos frame  

4. once video merge i have to play those video in my player 

So please any one can suggest how do i perform this operation using You tube API or any other API I want to do this thing using JAVA
