[YouTube-API] Re: Video not returned by API

You can learn more about incomplete metadata at

http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/2.0/reference.html#youtube_data_api_tag_yt:incomplete

One side effect is that videos with incomplete metadata are not
included in the search index, which is why you can't find it using
q=VIDEO_ID.
