I heard back from an engineer on the Insight API team, and he
confirmed that the demographic information returned in the report is
not meant to correspond to a specific date range—it's effectively
static regardless of the range. The fact that the demographics file
name doesn't include a date range it is meant to reinforce this.
So what you're seeing is expected, at least for the current API.
