[YouTube-API] Re: " setPlaybackQuality " changed unwanted behaviour (broken)

Hello DJ,

I'll check with the Players API team to see whether this behavior was
intentionally changed for some reason, and if it was inadvertent
whether they'll be able to revert it to the old behavior.
