Yes you can

Visit the link above and below in your browser you see the playlist

Now click on the right bottom options and save as new playlist.

Giive it a name and visit your channel. Here you see the new playlist you just made

It give you this url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yc5OyXmHD0w&list=PL554935698B46C966

Now use the API to fetch the playlist with the ID  554935698B46C966 and youre done
