[YouTube-API] Re: Developer Key be used to authorize multiple google account

Hello,

The intended use if for you to register one developer key with your
own account, and then use that same developer key in your application.
It will work when users authenticate as their own accounts via the
API's authentication mechanisms. There's no need for end users to
register their own keys.
