[YouTube-API] Re: Accessing Closed Captions of publicly available videos

Hello Fab,

If you're making an authenticated requests as the owner of a video
then yes, you should both be able to retrieve a list of all caption
tracks available for a given video and access/update/delete any of
those caption tracks using the API.

If you're not having any luck getting this working, it would be
helpful if you could pass along the code you're using so that we could
troubleshoot.
