[YouTube-API] Maximun upload to Youtube

Hi all,
 
I am building a webiste to allow our member to upload video to our Youtube account by Youtube API.
 
Just wondering how many users can use the API (by our accountname and password) to using the
 
upload function at the same time?
 
will Youtube block the upload if too many users uploads at the same time?
