[YouTube-API] iFrame API Loading Flash instead of HTML5 in Chrome

I'm trying to fiddle around with the iFrame API but noticed that videos weren't loading in HTML5 in Chrome. I tried the same video in Firefox and it was loading the HTML5 player. I'm running Chrome 16.0.912.75. I pretty much just used the version of the embed code in the API reference. Any reason why it might not detect Chrome as HTML5 enabled?
