[YouTube-API] How do I get a channel feed which is up to date?

I'm trying to get RSS feeds of new uploads to a YouTube channel, but it seems the feeds aren't up to date.  For example this feed:  http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/theyoungturks/uploads  is for the the channel youtube.com/TheYoungTurks, which at time of writing has several videos uploaded within in the last 2 hours.  However, the feed doesn't have these latest videos on it, instead only showing videos that were uploaded 19 hours ago (also at time of writing).  This is the same for other channels I've tried to create feeds for.

How do I fix this?

Thanks.
