[YouTube-API] find out if a user had liked or disliked a video

I am in the process of making a webapp but have ran into a bit of an
issue. I am trying to find out if it is possible to list a user's
rating of a video (ie. if they had chosen like, dislike, or nothing.
sometime in the past.).

the standard video feed only gives you the number of likes and
dislikes even when authenticated. The user activity feed will display
likes, but if you dislike a video it does not show up in the feed.

Is there something I am missing or is this not possible from the API?
