Is there an API to determine the copyright holders' policy preferences for a particular song? This could be used to warn an uploader that a video is likely to be blocked, so that they could avoid performing a lengthy upload.
Ideally the API would take strings with artist and song name, and return the preference {block, track, monetize}.
