Ok, solved the problems!
To 1st: Changed the URL to "http://uploads.gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/default/uploads"
To 2nd: Using "createdVideo = request.Retrieve<Video>(new Uri(e.Entry.SelfUri.ToString()));" in the Completed-Event I get the Video object!
