[YouTube-API] Re: Copyrights for video

Hello Shlomi,

The underlying copyright claim isn't reflected in the Data API
response. What is reflected is any limitations on playback/embedding/
syndication that might result from a copyright claim. In the case of
that video there's a limitation on syndication (i.e. playback on
devices like mobile phones or TVs) that is imposed by the copyright
holder and is reflected in the yt:state attribute:

<yt:state name='restricted'
reasonCode='limitedSyndication'>Syndication of this video was
restricted by the content owner.</yt:state>
