[YouTube-API] HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden

Hi,

While accessing YouTube API I am getting the followng error.

simplexml_load_file(http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/
2LUuTRx_HIE?key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
[function.simplexml-load-file]: failed to open stream: HTTP request
failed! HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden in \\xxxxxxxx\xxxxx\xxxxx\xxxxx
\rightincludemy.php on line 96

I have replaced the key and exact file location.
My site is hosted on a shared hosting. It was working 20-30% of times
but now its not working at all.

Please help.
