It won't help me still having same issue.I can't play even single video on my site.How do i caontact youtube support?.

Step 1 - Forget about YT API's and go into your account on www.youtube.com,
log in then find and go into "Video Manager" or that is what it's
called under new look and format. Click "Edit" on any one video and
then look for "Embedding" and "Syndication" options and see if they
are set to "NO" and if they are then set them to "YES" and that way
you can fix all of your existing videos.
Step 2 - If you have too many videos and/or if you are uploading them
via an API then as ebbixx said, you need to look for how in the API to
set both Embedding & Syndication to "Yes" -both during initial loads
and/or creating a script that fixes them after the fact.
