Remember that it's currently the Christmas/New Year holidays though - I
don't know YouTube's holiday calendar, but many companies are off-work
for another week, so I assume YouTube has a skeleton technical team
on-call at the moment and no support staff.

You may not get a youtube response until the 4th of January (That is
when most companies go back to work here in the UK, and I assume it's
the same in the US). Jeffrey is the main YouTube contact on this forum,
and (amazingly) managed to find time to reply to some messages on the
26th.

As far as I know there is no paid support option for YouTube unless you
are a large advertiser or large publisher.
