[YouTube-API] Odp: how big should be player size using oembed?

OK, I found this: http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=178264 quite helpful but I have another question.
The page says: 'The default (and recommended) embed size is 480x385 for a 4:3 video and 640x385 for 16:9 content.'.
So if I apply 640×385 size for all videos will videos with 4:3 ratio displayed appropriately?

Sorry if my first post sounded a bit convoluted.
