[twitter-dev] Seeking survey app for twitter-automation needed

Hello:

I thought the esteemed list of Twitter developers might be able to
help with pointing me in the right direction.

My request pertains to finding a twitter application that sends a
shortened url and message to users that stop following a particular
account.

Example: @abc1234 follows @steve456

then @abc1234 decides to stop following @steve456 for one reason or
another.

@steve456 wants to know from @abc1234 why they left, what they liked
or didn't like about the content, how to make it better, etc. without
spamming the person that left.

I know there is Qwitter.com to track people who stop following an
account, but haven't found something to get the rest of what I need
done.

All suggestions are welcomed.
