Whenever we return an error we include a reason in the response body telling you why. We recommend you always inspect the response body, and headers, to learn more about the cause of the error.
  The most common reasons for a 403 are:
* The tweet is a duplicate.
* The tweet is over 140 characters
* The user has reached the limit for the number of Tweets that can be sent
