[YouTube-API] Upload success varies by environment

I am running into an interesting problem.  I am using the .net youtube api to query for and upload videos into an account.  When working from a developer box I am able to query and upload videos just fine.  When I move this code to a different  environment, the query aspect of the code works just fine, but uploads are failing with a 500 Internal Server error.  

Any suggestions? 

If it would be useful, I can post some sample code.
