[YouTube-API] Strange error 150 on some videos with videoRespond=moderate

I have a few videos that have videoRespond=moderate and some that have videoRespond=allowed.

I created a little chromeless player which works well but not on those videos. Here is an example video which is not working:

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/nXzQT52Sdec?v=2 (all permissions are allowed)

Here is my test page with my player. The left video is one without videoRespond=moderate the right video is the one from above:

I don't want to respond to a video, add comments or something like this - only play it.

Does anybody have any ideas why I get onError 150 ?
