[YouTube-API] Re: Uploading hundreds of videos a day

for an overview of our quota system. In general, we don't share too
many more details about the system publicly, as they're a) subject to
change at any point in the future and b) there are abuse concerns if
we published hard limits.

In general, if you have a lot of videos to upload and they're
destined for multiple accounts, I'd recommend uploading one into each
account on a rotating basis rather than trying to upload X videos into
the same account, and then once that's done uploading another X videos
into a different account.
