[YouTube-API] Re: static splash screen embed iframe video.

Hello Andrey,

You could put up an <img> element with the splash screen and attach
an onClick handler that takes care of loading the actual <iframe>
player and removing the <img>. It's up to you to take care of this—
it's not something built into the API.
