[YouTube-API] Re: iFrame API cueVideoById causing player to resize on iPhone/iPad

Hello,

I have an update on the two issues from the engineering team.

The issue that prevented playback for all videos that are enabled for
ads on iOS devices should be resolved at this point—please let me know
if you see evidence to the contrary, with steps to reproduce and
specific video ids. There is a subset of monetized videos that still
will not play because they *require* ads, and the fact that those
videos won't play on iOS devices is not considered a bug—playback is
legitimately blocked for those videos because of the owners' policy
decisions.

The issue with the <iframe> player resizing following playback is
unfortunately still not resolved. The engineering team continues to
work on it, but given our push schedule the earliest it could be is a
week before it's fixed in production. We understand the inconvenience
that this is causing iOS developers, and appreciate everyone's
patience.

I'll continue to update this thread with more updates on the status
of the <iframe> player resizing bug.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, YouTube API Team
