[YouTube-API] No way to detect "audio has been disabled" via the API!

Gentlemen, as you see on
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jsm7V-fp5xQ

"NOTICE This video contains an audio track that has not been authorized
by WMG. The audio has been disabled."

However there is nothing in
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/playlists/52AB9AB47C9DFDB1?restriction=TW
That one can use to detect that fact!

That means there is no reasonable way to know if my playlists contain
videos that nobody can hear! A major embarrassment to me as I cannot be
aware of them so as to remove them from my playlists. What can I do?!
