[YouTube-API] Is it possible to get the date and time the video was created? Not the date it was posted to YouTube.

For example I see a video on YouTube on 3/30/11. I see it was uploaded on 3/28/11. I would like to know when it was made e.g. 3/17/11 at 9:45 AM.
