Hey everyone,
I'm just writing this to ask what can be done about the subtitles provided by YouTube on light coloured backgrounds. Whether you're aware or not, the subtitles cannot be read if the background behind the text is light. I do not understand why YouTube hasn't noticed this problem and why they haven't placed the white text within black boxes, like on usual TV programmes. Or maybe do what they do when the videos are smaller- white text with a black outline. Someone help me to sort this out. Thanks for any help available.
