[twitter-dev] t.co user agent string

Hi,

I've been trying to find out what the user agent string is for the
t.co bot that pings urls posted to Twitter.

I've had a look through the logs of some newly posted links but I
can't pick out which one is Twitter's bot. There were a couple of
mentions of Gnip, Google, Voyager etc...
