Is the error relating to "JSON is undefined" ?

That can be caused by a faulty DivX codec:

Otherwise I'm not sure what to suggest - I've not seen any problems
under IE other than the IE/DivX JSON strangeness.

It's certainly not an issue with the code you posted (which has worked
on IE before) - perhaps it's been caused by a new version of the
javascript iframe API?
