[YouTube-API] YouTube direct upload errors

I received this message today:

"We are in the process of uploading our videos for you to see. We are, however, having difficulty with some students being able to upload them. About six of them are getting a message after they hit 'upload' at the end of the registration form. This message is at the top of the registration form and it says something about a "AIP token". There is more to it then that. I did not think about writing it down when a student had it up."

I have a feeling he's actually talking about an API token, but can't quite figure this out. I checked my logs, and I'm repeatedly getting an error about 'cron/PurgeBlobstorePhotos' which says '###cpu_ms 467api_cpu_ms 0kb AppEngine-Google; (+http://code.google.com/appengine)', where ### is any number.

Here is the first part of the expanded error:

Do you need more than this? Does this mean I have something set up wrong? Or is this an error on the user's end? Can you help me? I've got students and teachers getting frustrated here.

Thanks for any help!
