It has nothing to do with using the API and scripting.
I reverted to the standard iFrame embed code from below a YouTube video and the results are as follows.
When viewing it on an iPhone/iPad the iframe resizes itself by increasing its height, stretching the preview image.
The video plays fine when clicked (tapped) but the stretching is very ugly and ruins a page if you don't put it in a div with overflow:hidden.
Any thoughts?
