[YouTube-API] Montetized Videos Firing Too Many Video Ended Events from the JavaScript API

The JavaScript Player API (version 3) appears to be firing extra video ended events for videos with text ads displayed on them.

Seems like a bug in the API to me but would like other opinions. 

What would be the reason for the extra video ended events?

What is the process for filing tickets?
